2020-04-11 16:45

The webinar was hosted by Olha Kitura, a psychotherapist, head of the Mental Health Center after Metropolitan A. Sheptytsky.

During the webinar, the lecturer focused on genetic, physio-humoral, psychological components and social laws of human interaction.

The webinar is part of the planned activities within the framework of the 13th Ecumenical Social Week, which this year is dedicated to integrated ecology. The special role of integrated ecology in his Laudato Si Encyclical is emphasized by Pope Francis and emphasizes: "Emphasizing the special dignity of a man in comparison with other creatures, Christian teaching instills respect for each person and respect for others”. Our openness towards others, each of them is “You”, who is able to know, to love and to enter into communication: remains the source of our human nobility.

Proper relationships with the created world require that we not weaken this social dimension of openness to others, especially the transcendent dimension of our openness to "You" - God. Our relationship with the environment can never be isolated from our relationship with other people and God, otherwise it will be simply decorated with ecological robes romantic individualism that locks us in a suffocating immanence "
