Session of the Commission on the matters of teaching “Christian Ethics and Education”

For the year 2011 there was adopted a decision to continue cooperation of the Institute of Ecumenical Studies, state specialized publishing house “Svit” and Principal Board of Education and Science of Lviv Regional State Administration for the output of textbooks for other grades of public schools.

Therefore on the 1st of December there was conducted away session of Commission on the matters of teaching “Christian Ethics and Education”, which is created affiliation to the Board of Education and Science of Lviv Regional State Administration. The session was conducted at pre-school institution 94 in Lviv. Members of the Commission got acquainted with methodology of Christian education of pre-school children that is functioning at this institution.

During the session the commission was presented with appliance in Christian Ethics for the second grade under the name “Live and Educate in a family” of the author Halyna Dobosh.

It is been three years in a row that the Institute of Ecumenical studies is a member of the Commission on the matters of teaching “Christian Ethics and Education” and takes an active part in its work.
